Ann Goodman’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and litigation. Ms. Goodman has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts. Her insurance coverage and claim monitoring work includes the representation of insurers in connection with policies issued to healthcare providers, pension benefit administrators and actuaries, and technology and media companies. Ms. Goodman previously served as an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County. Her clients have included domestic and foreign corporations, insurers, airlines and airline employees, product manufacturers and medical providers. She holds the AV rating for legal and ethical standards.
