Kristin Feinstein focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation.  Ms. Feinstein represents healthcare insurers and reinsurers by conducting claims reviews to counsel healthcare entities regarding reserves, potential risk exposure and other coverage issues.  Ms. Feinstein has practiced in federal and state courts in more than 30 states while serving as national trial counsel for a medical group that staffs physicians across the country as well as a medical device manufacturer.  This experience provides her with unique jurisdictional insight to assist clients with developing strategies for effectively evaluating, defending and resolving claims.  Ms. Feinstein also served as defense counsel for one of the largest hospital systems in the Chicagoland area.
