Sam Rainey’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and litigation. His professional liability experience includes the representation of insurers in connection with architects and engineers professional liability policies, lawyers professional liability policies, healthcare regulatory liability insurance coverage and technology and media liability risks. Sam also represents general liability insurers in the life science industry. Sam regularly counsels insurers on coverage issues and provides risk analysis and claim management advice.
